A courtesy shuttle bus operates between the car park and the terminals and the same car park is used for short- or long-term parking. This bus operates whenever the terminal is open; in other words, when flights are scheduled to arrive or depart.

Should you need to travel between the terminal and your parked car outside of these times, don't worry, as the walking distance is relatively small. All the major international chains operate car rental offices from inside the terminal building.

Short-term parking:

loading and unloading of passengers - less than 15 minutes stopping time - is free for all vehicles. Time is then charged for 30 minutes and after this by the day.

Long-term parking:

discounts of up to 50 per cent are available on stays of over eight days. Your vehicle is secure behind the car park's perimeter fence and is guarded by CCTV.

Drop-off and valet parking:

pre-booked valet parking is available - and this operates to and from the terminal; simply park at the terminal and contact your pre-booked driver, who will take your car to the parking bays.

Parking for special needs:

parking is available for those needing special assistance, and these spaces are located closest to the airport terminal.

Avis, Budget, Europcar, Thrifty and Sixt operate car rental services out of the main terminal. As the airport is a relatively small, regional airport, rental vehicles come in limited supply and you are strongly advised to pre book as early as possible.
