Bus:
taking a bus to or from the airport requires a walk in either direction from Derriford roundabout, around 10 minutes walking distance from the main terminal. No buses run closer to the airport - the bus interchange is at the roundabout. The two carriers that operate airport bus services are Citybus and First Bus.

Plymouth City Airport is served by Taxifast, a local company that provides taxi services between the airport and the town centre. Taxifast has a large fleet - around 400 vehicles - and operates conveniently long hours for all airport arrivals and departures. A typical journey in either direction takes about 15 minutes. Car:
if you're heading towards the airport from Plymouth town centre, follow the A386 (Tavistock Road). Exit the A386 at the Derriford roundabout which is around four miles from the city centre, then follow the signs to the airport. The airport has on site car paid parking; free for drop-off parking less than 15 minutes.
